One aspect of 29 CFR1910.119 is the risk audit. We develop a PHA/RA book for our clients. We periodically audit the site to ensure that previously-identified risks have been mitigated, that new risks have been properly documented and that risk level is maintained. We update the books as needed to meet our clients’ needs and regulatory requirements. Third-party audits provide objective, credible verification of existing risk management programs. Through regular audits, we identify challenges and propose solutions to maintain acceptable risk.
