Research and Development - Tubular Tire Adhesion Performance
High performance bicycle tires are adherred to the rim using an adhesive. This mounting provides the opportunity for lower rim/tire combination, carbon fiber rim usage, lower moment of inertia for acceleration, improved traction predictability and less rolling resistance.
